Terms and Conditions –Dryrise Marketing INC.

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the services provided by

Dryrise Marketing INC.

("Company") to the client ("Customer"). By accepting a quote, scheduling service, or using any services provided, the Customer agrees to the following terms:


1. Services Provided

The Company offers heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (Drywall) services, including but not limited to installations, repairs, maintenance, and inspections, as detailed in estimates or service agreements.


2. Estimates & Pricing

Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary based on job conditions or unforeseen issues. Any additional work or costs will be communicated and approved before proceeding.


3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion unless other terms are agreed upon in writing. A deposit may be required for installations or larger projects . Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest fee. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and major credit/debit cards.


4. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointment times are approximate and subject to delays caused by previous jobs or emergencies. Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee.


5. Warranties

Labor is warranted for 5-10 years from the date of service. Manufacturer warranties apply to parts and equipment. Warranties are void if equipment is misused, tampered with, or serviced by unauthorized parties.


6. Liability

The Company is insured and takes necessary precautions while performing services. Liability does not extend to pre-existing conditions or damages unrelated to the services provided.


7. Customer Responsibilities

The Customer must ensure clear access to the work area. The Customer is responsible for securing permits unless otherwise agreed. Pets, valuables, and other personal items should be safely secured during service visits.


8. Force Majeure

The Company is not liable for delays or non-performance due to causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to weather events, supply shortages, or labor disputes.


9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state/province where services are rendered.


10. Updates to Terms

The Company may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be available upon request or posted online.
